Vanilla Fruit Salad (1 Points+)

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Mix fruit, powdered sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl. Cover.

2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Optional: Try with raspberry extract instead of vanilla if desired.

Yield: 10 servings
Serving Size: 1/2 cup per serving
